Athletic Hi-Lo #5

This is a Hi/Lo pattern from (pattern 10463)

Here is some more choregraphy from my 30-minute "Cardio Express" class. I start each block with a right lead.

Block A (64 counts)

With the double step touch, I keep my fists up in a block position for the first step touch. On the second step touch, I add a jab to the side wall. That is, on count 4, rotate your upper body to the side and jab.

Repeat with left lead.

Block B (96 counts)

Repeat from the V-steps with a left lead.

These two blocks of choreography filled a 30-minute class. Please email me if you have any questions.
