Feel those thighs burn!!!!

This is a Body Sculpting pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 10469)

We will be using the long tube with handles and small circle tube and a step bench with risers.

INNER THIGHS: use small circle tub

Place the tube around your ankles so your feet are between it

Simply begin doing step touches with the tube around your ankles. Make sure when you step touch you step out far but use your resistance when bringing the feet back in-you don't want to come in all the way!

Variations:

OUTER THIGHS: use long tube and step bench

Sit on step bench

Thread long tube under bench and roll the handles tightly down your feet

Slowly lay on your back with legs extended in the air directly from hips

Begin with legs apart-bring legs in and out

Variations:

This is a killer I promise!! You will feel the burn so fast and you'll feel it the next morning. Start of with only a few reps and work your way up. I've been doing these forever and love them-so do my participants! Enjoy
