Stepping Hard

This is a Step pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 10476)

Self-reversing
Start with right turnstep.

**U-turn is a small turnstep on the end of board still facing forward like you were doing a turnstep.

Break down: 4 turnsteps, 3 U-turns, L-step off end of board, repeater knee 2 times, over the top 3 times, L-step back to front of board into left turn, then break down that side. Then go back through the way I show above. Self-reversing so it will flow perfectly. For a cardio blast with it, when going over tell them to hold over for 3 then give 2 jacks on floor, then over for 3 then 2 jacks again over and over until they are tired, then call L-step back.
