This is a Step pattern from (pattern 10479)

This is a basic step pattern that incorporates some basic aerobic moves. I use it in the middle of my class to built up a cardio challenge that is easy to follow and gives my students the opportunity to push at their own level.

I repeat the sequence beginning with the jumping jacks, twist, rear lunges and side lunges for a set of 4.
