Powerpuff Girlz

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 10483)

This is a pattern I built up over a couple of weeks (class runs 2x per week); classes that are quicker or slower to pick things up may need adjustment..

As always, I encourage my class to really imagine an opponent in front and back! We used Mojo Jojo and the Rowdy Rough Boys (the bad guys from a cartoon called the Powerpuff Girls) this week

Block 1: 8 counts

Block 2: 16 counts

(After the backfists you should be roughly back where you started at the beginning of Block 1.)

Block 3: 8 counts

(I call this one Charlie's Angels if there are no guys in the class that day) Still left lead.

NOW, you have to "cheat" yourself around to do face front squarely and do the whole thing again, starting with a bob & weave or shuffle to the left
