This is a Step pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 10487)

This is my first submission to Turnstep! I've used so many routines from this site and I thank all of the AWESOME instructors out there. Esp. Terry, Diana, and Kathy Z.

Benches are horizontal. Combos are all 32-count and self-reversing. I tried this routine last night and my class loved it... It has a kickboxing flavor. Items marked with * have explanations at the bottom.

Explanations:

*Up-up, down-kick:

**Boxer repeater

***Repeater, front-back-front-back (add punches forward and back if you wish)

****Up-up, step-pivot, down, walk 2x
On end (east side) of bench

*****Up-up, kick-right x2, exit, jack
