Dynamic Hi/lo

This is a Hi/Lo pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 10511)

Final product: 32 beats = Part A plus Part B

Part A 16 counts

Part B 16 counts

Part A + B = 32 beats

Half L-curl: just like a normal L-curl BUT you finish half way through so you're facing the side.

Jog for 2 counts to back: after you do the half-L-curl jog to the back only for 2 counts then add in your star twist (see below)

STAR cross twist: Hard to explain to do
1. One star (so legs are open) 1st count
2. Cross legs/feet 2nd count
3. Twist your body to face front by twisting on toes to literally twist your body to face front 3rd count
4. After twisting body to face front, immediately march to front (3 marches) with the 3 knee spinner 7 count
