Legs on fire!

This is a Body Sculpting pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 10514)

This is a simple, YET effective workout for legs. Involves plie' squats and lunges. You can use some handweights if you like.

Back to center with squats, full range, 8 reps, then hold it low and pulse for 8 counts. KEEP IT LOW, and turn for your lunges to the right. Full range, 8 reps, pulse, 8 counts. KEEP IT LOW, back to center and do your next set of squats, full range, then pulse. Repeat on the left, and then back to center.

I start with 8 reps, going down to 6 and then 4. I end up doing only pulses, no full range. The key is to try to keep the move in the down position during transition, keeps the pressure on the quads.
