This is a Hi/Lo pattern from (pattern 10517)

All choreography starts with right leg lead, this is the finished product.

Combo A.

Repeat pattern starting left leg leads.

* For more advanced students you can make the march backwards 5 knees 3 knees and 3 knees double time (like a high jog)

* The second easy walk can also turn 180 to face the back whereby you can teach the left lead facing the back.

Combo B.

Repeat pattern starting left leg leads.
