My very best routine/good for Seniors too!!

This is a Hi/Lo pattern from (pattern 10523)

This is a routine I come back to time and time again, it's easy to modify for any group. I've taught this in various forms to University students, at a private ladies club, and even with my seniors, it works with just about everyone, I just change my music to suit my crowd.

Warm UP right lead

Combo #1

Change lead

Combo #2 right lead

Combo #3

I'll do at least 3 moves singly, then the final time I put it all together.

I'll teach, combo 1,2,3 all on the right lead, then go back and teach in the left lead, makes them think.

I had to take a year off, and getting back into teaching again, was a little harder than I thought it would be, especially the kickboxing. Because of all the great ideas here, my participants, well they think that I'm pretty darn good!! Thanks for helping me look good.
