Paula's Double Horizontal, Side by Side Showdown.

This is a Double Step pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 10548)

Steps are placed side by side, about 2 feet in between, all patterns 32 count and self-reversing. (-->) denotes modification from base move.

Combo 1: (start behind step 1, facing front)

* Squatting "V" - up, up wide onto the step (2), squat down (2), plyo-jump in on top of the step (2), down, down exit (2)

** Helicopter - 2 angle gluteal lifts turned into, step hop turn with glute lift (4) (no down tap), step hop turn back with glute lift (4) Move is performed over the outside corner of the step.

*** Quick lunge 3 - up, up tempo (2), 3 quick lunges (double time) (6) exit down, tap tempo (2).
