Mel's Basic Routine #1

Combo #1

Repeat on alternate lead.
*Funky repeater: knee, hamstring, abductor

Combo #2

Repeat on alternate lead.
*If you began with a basic right, when you walk around the bench, walk to the right/east side.

Combo #3

Repeat on alternate lead.

Combo #4

Repeat on alternate lead.
*All 3 are facing the same direction.

Combo #5

Repeat on alternate lead.
