Complete, Complex & Successful Routine

This is a Step pattern from (pattern 10190)

I have been teaching for about 6 months and learned how to teach using this routine. It has been described as being complex and unique....You could use this routine for months and keep your participants happy and sweating....I got some ideas off this site, so thanks to all my fellow fitness gurus....

Horizontal step

Warm Up (right foot lead)

***32 Counts***
Repeat on the other side = 64 counts

Pattern 1 (right foot lead)

Repeat (left foot lead)

Pattern 2 (right foot lead)

Repeat on the other side (left foot lead)

Pattern 3 (right foot lead)

Repeat (left foot lead)

* Hamstring around the world (hamstring curl on all 4 corners of step):

**Up & jack:

***Knee straddle & exit
