This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 10191)

*Back hand= Pivot corresponding foot, twist obliques and hit your front target with the BACK OF YOUR HAND. In other words, if you are using your right hand, your visual would be hitting your targets' LEFT cheek.
