Loose those Love Handles....FAST

This is an Abs pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 10195)

Okay everybody, I will warn you in advance that this burns, but it will work. First....

Basic crunches 10x

Then, while still in basic crunch posistion extend your left arm out with your right hand cradling the back of your head. Reach over toward your left knee, but DO NOT touch your left knee. Do that 10 times and hold the 10th one for 10 seconds.

Then, switch arms and extend your right arm and cradle your head with your left hand. Go up toward your right knee, but DO NOT touch your knee. Do that 10 times and hold the 10th one for 10 seconds.

Basic crunches 10x

Repeat 2-4 times

(It is ok to use your shoulder that it with them arm that is out, to help you get up higher or to help you up.)

It looks and feels kind of funny at first, but it really works.
