Here's an intense but simple group of Combinations that will have your class coming back for more. Always show modifications and always use safty cues on proper form and execution of moves. HAVE FUN! Step is horizontal.

BURN MORE CALORIES!
Make the class fun by adding short 2 minute intervals of cardio bursts to press the anaerobic threshold. Do 2-3 of these intervals. Always end class by cooling down to low intensity for at least 8 minutes followed by stretching.
