Boot Camp Baby # 2

This is a [Other] pattern from (pattern 10208)

Hi everyone, I have had a lot of requests for more boot camp stuff so on that note here it is. I always have a bench with risers ready to use through out the work out.

I like to do the first two above combinations 3 times before moving on to the Turnsteps and Overs. This is a very high intensity move sure to raise the heart rate.

Repeat combos on other side. Again this is a heart beat raiser.
