Little Jog Squats

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 10219)

I use LOTS of squats in kickboxing...here is one variation that always seems to "hurt."

Start with a "little jog" like the football players do in their warm-ups -- fast moving feet, bent knees, hands out in front.

Now progress into a 2-count squat ("Down in two and up in two") while continuing with the little jog feet. Killer thigh workout!
