Kick Start Their Heart

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 10244)

This pattern is fun and not too complicated. I first teach the "Step behind kick" and then add on the rest of the combo.

Step Behind Kick
Right lead goes like this. Weight on left foot, step side with right leg, left leg steps BEHIND right leg and you immediately kick side with your right leg so weight is again transferred to left leg.

Now step behind kick with left lead and reverse sides on all of the above

Step Behind Kick also goes nicely into a duck instead of the two additional kicks. Just an option.
