Hamming it up !

This is a Step pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 10264)

All patterns are self-reversing and 32 count

  L   X          X   R

Repeat other side

** Facing the left wall up lunge right and left then instead of exiting to the front you keep turning so that you face the right wall and go up and lunge right and left and then exit to the back of the step

*** Keep legs in straddle position and just do hamstring curls from the floor (right,left,right,left) the last curl turns to face the right wall
