Jenna's Power Step Interval

This is a Step pattern from (pattern 10265)

Step Pattern #1

SQUATS (off the bench)
Use weights
Singles, squat right and left, squat kicks
PUT WEIGHTS DOWN, Pulses using bench - squat squat squat, over the bench long (8 counts), repeat left

Pattern #1 left lead
Put right and left leads together

Inner thigh squats with ball on wall (if you have the ball), do shoulder lifts front and side while doing the squats. Lose ball, use 2 weights & walking in circle do shoulder raises, lifts, presses, etc.

Step Pattern #2

I like to do them with weights, lunging across the room if you have the space

Pattern #2 left lead
Put right and left together

Walk in circle, do triceps overhead with both weights to keep heart rate up

Patterns #1 and #2 together
Then put benches away

Use bands around ankles, do step touches

PUSH-UPS (use ball if you have it)


This is a fun class that just flies by! I try my best to keep everyone's heart rate up during the weight sections by moving around the room.
