BALL : I'm here, Doris!!

This is a Ball pattern from (pattern 10277)

Here is a fun little warm-up that I borrowed. Most of my Ball students are choreographically challenged. Begin right lead.

Translation: grapevine right for 4 counts, go back left for four counts, grapevine right 1-2-3 left hamstring on count 4, right ham on 6, left hamstring curl on count 8

Adding on while still bouncing the ball in front of you:

Translation: step touch and face the front mirror (2), turn, step touch and face side mirror (2), turn, step touch and face the back wall (2), turn, step touch and face other side mirror (2) turn, and you've made a box (or a square, if you prefer).

You are back to where you started

Repeat step touches one more time then start all over with the grapevines..........this is copied Big Time from Fitball II----
