I Need More No Equipment Body Sculpting Ideas!

This is a Step pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 10294)

I use this as an intense cardio interval at the end of my step class. Those participants in class who don't like to do it will usually do jumping jacks or whatever I choose for them to do instead that day.

You may remember ladders from gym class? Well, that's what this is.

I will put weights spread out around the room. Which ever end of the room is longest, either back to front or left to right. The weights are evenly spaced. Participants will start on the left wall of the room. They will sprint to the first weight, touch the ground and lunge, and sprint back. Then they will sprint to the second, third and so on. I usually only have 4 weights to sprint to. Then when they reach the wall, have them sprint to #3, #2, #1 and then they're done. So it will go like this:

Our heartrates are so high by this point! Take it to a cooldown after that. Let me know if there are any questions. I know it's a wierd explanation.
