shoulders....feel them!

This is a Body Sculpting pattern from (pattern 10296)


I teach a lot of bodysculpting classes. This a a killer exercise for the shoulders! Try it and let me know what you (and your class) think!

I use a weight from the barbell (a circle shape disc) about 2.5 kilo. I think you all know what a front raise is (hold one disc with both hands in front of your hips and raise with straight arms in front of the shoulders).

Now, think about driving a car and you are holding the steering-wheel, make a left turn, your right hand is on top of the wheel and your left hand is under. This is how you should hold your disc (weight)

Then the same with your left hand on top. same with your hands on the sides (drive forward)

Burn burn burn the shoulders!!!
