Having a Ball (resist ball)

This is a Ball pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 10309)

1. Stand up straight with ball in hands about chest height - lunge forward with right foot - hold - rotate to the right (using obliques) - center - and back home - REPEAT ON LEFT!!!

2. Step touch side to side add bounce/catch, bounce/catch with the step touch (bounce ball in front of body)

3. Step touch side to side: add throw/catch, throw/catch (ball is overhead) with the step touch

4. Lay down on floor - ball is overhead - arms straight - hold on to ball - now your knees are bent and together at hip height - while holding the ball drop both knees to the right on a slightly down angle - center - then drop both knees to the left on a slight angle
