Running in circles

This is an Aquatic pattern from (pattern 10317)

I like to use this one to get the heart rate up and get a burn in the legs. This works best in a smaller, shallow pool!! Have the group run in a circle, once they've done a few laps...switch direction and work against the current. As a reward at the end of class I have them run backwards then lift their feet up and they float around the pool! Kinda basic but I like it!
