Shoulder combo

This is a Body Sculpting pattern from (pattern 10321)

Marybeth - Your September 27 entry prompted me to add this move. If you don't already have it, I think you'll like it:

In a standing position, slight bend in the knees, weight in the heels, abs tight, and DON'T LEAN BACK!! Or seated, heels digging into the floor, back straight, abs tight, and DON'T LEAN BACK!!

Moderate to light dumb bells depending on the fitness level of each individual. (I always suggest that when they begin to feel like they're loosing form, lower or put down the weights completely.)

I always keep my music between about 123 & 126 for muscle conditioning. As slow as possible for and exercise like this as there is potential for injury if the moves aren't deliberate. Repetitions are up to you and your classes fitness level
