Killer Shoulders

This is a Body Sculpting pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 10323)

Here's one more of those combo type exercises if they interest anyone.

Standing position, knees slightly bent, back straight, abs tight, weight in the heels, DON'T LEAN BACK!! Or seated, heels dig into the floor, back straight, abs tight, DON'T LEAN BACK!!

Moderate to light dumb bells depending on the individuals fitness level. I always encourage them to lower or drop the weights as soon as they feel they are losing form.

Repetitions depend on the classes fitness level. I usually finish it off with some slow lower and lifts with both arms. They'll DEFINITELY complain during this one!!
