Buffy the Vampire Slayer

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 10333)

OK, I like to use visualization a lot, so there are 3 vampires you're fending off!

Start in orthodox (right leg back, left leg forward)

1. 8 counts total (kicks are all with rear leg)

This should leave you "open" to attack the vampire in the back left corner of the room so:

2. 8 counts

3. 8 counts

4. 8 counts

This is self-reversing so now do it all on the other side!

Whew! That looks complicated now that I've set it down! Obviously you need to give it to them in small chunks. It took my class three sessions (one-hour class) to be able to put it all together with the directional changes and stuff, but they loved it... Beginners should do a chamber or a front kick instead of the side kick.

I do anaerobic intervals in between choreographed punch-kick combos.
