A Little Bob-'N-Weave

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 10343)

I usually call the bob-and-weave a slip, so it's simply quicker. So, the combination goes like this: slip to the right (1,2), and front snap kick right (3,), jab-punch right then left (4,5), then snap kick right again (7). The eighth count is the "free" count as participants get ready to repeat again, this time slipping to the left. Make sure they start the right jab as the right leg is coming down from the first front snap kick. After they do it four or six times, you can change that second snap kick to almost any other kick--round, crescent, ax, push, etc. I don't usually use back or side kicks, because we keep the target in front at all times during this combination.
