Chelle's "Kickin' It Simple"

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 10376)

This is a kick routine, using legs only.

Cardio: (Right fighter's stance at the bag)


Back Kick: Back is toward the bag for the bag kick
Jack: The jack is to finish the turn so you end in a left fighter's stance at the bag. Then the rountine can be repeated on the left.

Warm-up: (Facing forward, no bag)

Still the same as before but all on the same leg.

Now repeat on the left side.

I like to do this routine in the warm-up and then when I get to the cardio leg routine later on in the workout I can tell them to remember the warmup. It is the same as the warm-up but the legs alternate - (right, left, right) instead of always the same leg for all kicks. This makes it somewhat easier for their brains and they can concentrate on the kicks.
