2 Steps Down

This is a Step pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 10379)

This is my first submission to this great site. Hope you enjoy! Step is horizontal - all patterns are self-reversing. All patterns are with right lead. Break them down as you wish. To teach it, I do each combo on right lead, then immediately do again on left lead. Then when all combos are taught, I do straight through on right, then straight through on left.

1st Combo (or 'Block' as some of you call it):

(these triple knees can later become triple hamstring or triple side leg lifts - whatever knocks your socks off!)

2nd Combo:

(change the 2 knee lifts to anything - 2 side legs, 2 charlestons...)

3rd Combo:

4th Combo:

5th Combo:

(A short one - do one set on right/one on left lead)

Repeat both with left lead to equal 32 counts total

To End -
I always add a few power moves to finish the step portion...or I do them before doing the entire routine with a left lead.

With this routine I do a series of different squats on floor - plie squats/ slow squats/ etc...before moving on to rest of routine.
