Boxaerobics Trade Off!

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 10384)

Here's for everyone needing some combos. I have been desperate lately, too! Please add yours if you can! Each little combo in a set I do as many as 8 times or as little as two times. Sometimes I break it down from 8 to 4 to 2. Hope you can make sense of my combos. I usually don't post for fear you can't understand what the heck I am talking about!

Repeat left lead

Repeat a few times and then cut each move to 2x

Jab Hi and Low: facing side, jabbing front; one high, one low (as low as you can go) slow then speed it up (pretty fast to tempo) really works your legs!
