This is a Step pattern from (pattern 10024)

Repeat pattern leading left

You can really "milk" this pattern by breaking it down into three parts, teaching each and adding on. You can also shorten the repetitions and change the knees to repeaters (for 3) or change the lever (use kicks, hamstring curls, or side extensions)
