Cardio Combo #1

This is a Hi/Lo pattern from (pattern 10034)

Combo 1

Repeat with left foot lead to left corner

Combo 2

Repeat combo with shuffle left

Combo 3

Repeat combo with left foot lead

My classes tend to older have participants (60+) so if everyone is not comfortable with this last combo I modify it by doing a double hustle up and back with or without the hop turn then instead of hop turning during the double grapevine I hold it to the front. I also need to modify the last 4 cross up and overs to 2 single knees and 1 up and over.

These combos are all self-reversing. I teach them right and left and then I split them. Combo 1 right, Combo 2 left, Combo 3 right, and back to Combo 1 with a left lead.
