A whole step class, Ready to Go!

This is a Step pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 10042)

Add a warmup and you're all set.

Always start with right lead:

Combo 1

(if you don't like that hop over, just do 2 sets of repeaters right leg)

Combo 2

(this combo came straight off this web site.)

Combo 3

Combo 4

Add on:

Self-alternating

Combo 5 glutes

Combo 6 more glutes and now quads

Once you've had enough of this, stand on the north side of the bench (about 3 feet away or more) and put your right foot back onto the bench.

Single left leg squat down (nice and low) about 8 times, then pulse down X 3 (8 sets)

Bring right leg back down to floor to do a set of regular squats with feet pointing front (8 sets)
Pulse down X 3 (8 sets)

Then put the left leg back onto the bench and do single leg right squats.

* Explanation of 2 repeater / straddle / hop on bench:

Just like a repeater knee except bring the knee up 2X
instead of 3X then:
straddle left (south)
straddle right (north)
jump both feet on the bench 2X (for low: step up left step up right)

** V-squat-down:

Start a V-step but don't come down
standing on the bench with legs in a V, squat 2X fast and low
exit south as you would a V-step
