This is a Hi/Lo pattern from (pattern 10044)

Block 1:

Block 2:

(Right lead)

Repeat left lead

Block 3:

* Tap down after the double lunge before switching sides. The tap sets up your timing to walk up.

This can be further broken down. After doing Block 1 on right lead, begin Block 2 while still facing back of room. After completing Block 2, you will now be on a left lead (still facing the back of room). Pick up with Block 1 on left lead, which will turn you back to the front of the room, where you repeat Block 2 on a left lead.
