This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 10051)

I use this pattern on a bag, but it can be done without one also. 16 counts

Duck gets you to the other side. I do number 1 a few times, then add on gradually, 1 + 2, 1 + 2 + 3 then I hold on 3 hooks and duck while I tell the class this will have them change sides. Then we do both sides before getting off the bag with jacks and side kicks.
