A. 15-minute workout
- 1. Begin cross-legged with shoulder shrugs
- 2. The spiral twist
- 3. Circle of arms
- 4. The cow pose
- 5. Hands under thighs and slightly bend back (keep soles
of feet on the floor)
- 6. Pilates : a) roll-ups b) forward stretches c) back leg
pull
B. 15 minute workout
- 1. Pilates: a) ballerina b) spiral twist c) the saw
- 2. Pigeon pose
- 3. Begin to take the workout into standing forward rolls
- 4. Chair position hands in prayer for spiral twists
C. 15 minute workout
- 1. Sun salutaion x 3 sets
- 2. Warrior I & II
- 3. Pilates: push-ups
End workout with winding down into child pose
then dead pose
