This is a Ball pattern from (pattern 10060)

I learned this exercise from my mom! It can be kind of tricky at first, but it sure does work your inner thighs!

To get on the resist-a-ball easiest, come from behind it. You will be sitting on top with your knees facing down towards the ground. You want to make sure that your knees are not facing down towards the ground!!

Once you are on the ball you can place your hands on the front of the ball or on your thighs....whatever is most comfortable for you!

Once you are on the ball with you knees facing out, squeeze your legs together. It looks like you are riding a horse. I like to alternate between slow squeezes and pulses. It is a fun move and you can really feel the burn! Be careful getting off the ball!
