Simple Square

This is a Warmup pattern from (pattern 10068)

Repeat right and left (32)

Repeat all the way around the room should = 4 times.

I usually do one more facing front just for fun!

*Twist right or left- (1)land on left foot, right heel dig to the side toes right (2) land on both feet toes left (3) land on left foot, right heel dig (4) land on both feet toes left (5-8) repeat.

To twist left do the same motion just opposite so it would be - (1) land on right foot with left heel dig, toes left (2) land on both feet toes right.....

The alternating knees/kicks and jacks can be modified for those with knee, hip or ankle problems.
