Morning Sunshine

This is a Warmup pattern from (pattern 10076)

This is a great warmup for morning classes. I break it down to simple 32 counts, then put it all together before stretching.


Final combo:

*Hold one leg back to start the stretching portion with a runner's stretch, then go on to other muscles. Switch to left side, stretch, then do the whole combo left lead from the top.
