Super Sweat!

This is a Hi/Lo pattern from (pattern 10077)

Hey All!
Well my contribution to this site has been way overdue considering how times this site has saved my.....well you know what I mean. I hope someone out there can use these combos. They are simple, but when you add hi impact options and direction, they really get the heart rate up. Thanks again for all your great ideas!

Combo A

hi impact options-do the step touches with a hop landing on one foot
-do the heel jacks as full jacks
direction-move the step touches forward and the jacks backwards

Combo B

option-change the double knees to crossover and the double kickbacks to a cross behind
direction-move toe taps forward and single kickbacks back
