Thanks for checkin me out! This is my whole routine (I sub alot) here goes!

This warmup allows me to see any greenies and I adjust the speed accordingly.

I only use four when I think they are tough enough because it is a high risk move. I teach the pendulum first until everyone gets it then add on the kick at the end of each pendulum.
