This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 10081)

This pattern is used to get the class moving side to side with high intensity.

Same thing moving left (total 32 counts)

adding on

Total 32 counts

add on

repeat these until 32 counts are reached

I just like to keep the cardio up and not stop and go really slow for kicks until later in the class. Enjoy!
