"TILT A WHIRL"

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 10086)

This is a good core worker. I have members in right boxer stance. I show them slow for a couple of times and then we hit tempo.

"TILT"----with arms on guard, lean forward, lean backwards, lean to the right and finally lean to the left.

Once they get the directions right, speed them up to tempo. Cue them to keep their abs tight. They will be working their core abs, lower back and both obliques.

This turns into an entire combination as well....

My class has a lot of fun with this. You can add different variety with this combo. Play with it so that your class sweats!!!!
