I have utilized so many ideas from this site that it is about time I should give back a little.

Try Nickleback's Breathe for sprint intervals. Start with a 50% tension ride at a pace that works with the music. As the music changes, so does the pace. Music changes again with a recovery period only to pick up the pace as the music changes again. According to the fitness of your class, you can also add tension and even a standing run. My choreography changes everytime I use it. I love this song and how it pumps up the class. What a perfect name for a cycling song....BREATHE!
