Slip 'n Kick
This is a
BoxAerobics pattern from
www.turnstep.com.
(pattern 10109)
Starting with left shoulder facing forward:
- 2 Slips (steps) to your right (back of room) (1-4)
- 2 Left uppercuts to back wall (5-8)
- Right leg side kick to the back wall (1-2)
- Left leg front kick (to the wall you are facing) (3-4)
- 2 Jacks (5-8)
Repeat--2 slips to the front of room....
It is self-reversing so kicks and punches are balanced
for right and left side.
*I usually begin this pattern by doubling up every move
so everything is in 8 counts then break it down gradually to
this final form.
