Slip 'n Kick

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 10109)

Starting with left shoulder facing forward:

Repeat--2 slips to the front of room....
It is self-reversing so kicks and punches are balanced for right and left side.

*I usually begin this pattern by doubling up every move so everything is in 8 counts then break it down gradually to this final form.
