This is a
Hi/Lo pattern from
www.turnstep.com.
(pattern 10112)
Combo 1.
- Grapevine right add on 3 hamstring curls (left leg)
- Turn curls into 1 curl 1 tap forward 1 curl 8
Repeat opposite side until class has got it
Combo 2.
- Step knee left then right, like your stepping onto a
step board (practice this first).
- Step knee left single then add a double knee left march
on spot
Repeat above then instead of march add a spotty dog, and
1 V-step, it's a 16 count beat.
Combo 3.
- Grapevine right add a mambo left over right.
- Double knee right,double knee left
- 4 Scoops forward
- 4 Touch steps back repeat opposite side
