Step Around

This is a Step pattern from (pattern 10119)

I know how much I appreciate "stealing" step combinations from this website and feel the need to give something back. Here's my first submission. I hope that you can understand it. It is for a more choreographically advanced class. Students should be comfortable doing combinations facing both the front and back of the room. Please feel free to email me with questions....

Bench is horizontal:

#1 (Face west, right leg leading)

Now you are ready to do the routine facing the back but leading with the left leg. (32 count combination)

#2 (right leg leads)

Now you are ready to do the other side leading with the left leg.

To make this workout more intense, I like to add segments of high intensity intervals. The intervals last anywhere from 45-60 seconds. *ex. plyometric turns, quickfeet drills, L-step squats, jumping jack combinations..... This will help get heartrates up since classes focussing on choreography sometimes lack intensity.
